contemporary seventies activism

one of the questions raised at the sympsium was whether seventies style feminist activism still exists.

Police attempt to stop a march against violence against women. 6 or more police and plain clothes cars, around 20 officers and a paddy wagon all attempt to silence this march.

Filmed on Saturday October 14th, 2006 when Women from Windsor Ontario had no fear and took back the streets to show they won't stand for violence against Women, Children and Families.

Another clip from that night which I hope looks a lot better quality wise. I added in a clip or two that wasn't in the first one as well.
