Shirin Neshat - Greece


The monumental film opus Women without Men by Iranian-American artist Shirin Neshat is on show for the first time in the Greek capital until the end of May, giving the Greek public the opportunity to see what international critics have heralded as a masterpiece of video art. The display of the 5 videos-sound installations created between 2004-2008 can be seen in the National Museum of Contemporary Art’s temporary premises at the building of the Athens Conservatory in Rigilis Street.
