The Centre for Contemporary Photography (CCP) is one of Australia’s premier venues for the exhibition of contemporary photo-based arts
CCP is currently calling for proposals for the 2010 exhibition program from national and international artists and curators. The Exhibition Proposal Guidelines are available at the CCP website. The deadline for proposals for exhibition at CCP in 2010 is 1 May 2009.
CCP is also delighted to announce a new exhibition opportunity: artists are invited to explore the CCP Shop Space. CCP welcomes innovative submissions for this unorthodox exhibition space—artists may make use of the shelves, plinths and/or LCD screen, there is no hanging space on the walls.
Exhibitors in all the exhibition spaces receive an art loan fee at the conclusion of their exhibition. Art loan fees are as follows: Gallery One $700, Gallery Two $700, Gallery Three $1,400, Gallery Four $700, CCP Shop Space $300 and Night Projection Window $500.
CCP will provide a $3,000 exhibition fee, as well as applicable gallery art loan fees, to one proposed curated exhibition selected by the Exhibition Advisory Committee.
Please read the Exhibition Proposal Guidelines on the CCP website for more information.
